okay so i have good jumps but i need tips on how to get higher. not like flexibility wise but actually higher in the air..you know what i mean? lol like do i need to develop stronger jumping muscles or something? are there workouts or something i can do to be able to jump higher in the air?
sit on the flood in a stradle position, then rotate your legs backwards in little circles. do alot of those. and put light ankle weights and jump with them, then take them off and you should see a difference, and just keep working on them like that:) and always remember using correct jump technique! |
