I'm a dancer, but I have to be flexible too, and I was wondering if you could explain the stretching in the door frame thing a little more clearly? I'm always looking for new ways to stretch.
basically you go in between the door frame and start with your bottom foot like in the middle then slide your foot up and hold on with the other side, the more flexible you are the more you push back with your arms and the close you get your bottom foot! do these like 3 times for 30 seconds:) |
